When I started at Hop Studios I encouraged and then spearheaded a total redesign of Hop Studio's identity, including the typeface, logo, brand colors, and over-all presentation. As part of this project, I redesigned and updated the Hop Studios website.
I implemented a consistent method of documenting and displaying all of the Hop Studio's projects, and organized them to be easier to navigate. They now have a complete online record of all the projects that Hop Studios has created. We also added an extensive quote request form, and integrated the blog with the client list.
All of this was done around existing projects and deadlines, as a self-directed internal process.
