FilmRadar is run by Karie Bible. Karie is a classic film enthusiast and community activist. She created a site to link film lovers, unique theaters and bloggers in Los Angles. I worked with Karie to redesign and expand the features on FilmRadar. She has accumulated a lot of different looks for the previous iteration that we brought together to create a fun site that is still easy to use.
FilmRadar runs using ExpressionEngine, it has a suite of blogs, a forum, events calendar, and a customized Amazon store. Users can also preselect the films they want to see and receive reminders to go via the site.
Karie has continued to update her site, adding film widgets and weekly blog updates.
