Hop Studios had been using stock art as a logo and had never created a identity. I suggested that we try to build a consistent brand for Hop Studios and iterate it across the disparate communication elements we had been disseminating.
To aid in creating a unique brand I developed Hop Normal, a typeface that was used as the display font for all of Hop Studio's public documents and brand materials. Hop Normal is a broad face, based on smooth, shallow curves.
Using strong colors and minimal design elements, I encouraged the slow shift towards a consistent identity. Hop Studios now uses this recognizable style in all documents and business ephemera.
